I. PURPOSE OF THE EVENT
To build connections among people in our community, especially across generations, and to help people feel connections with the past in general, and with the natural beauty of Stoughton!
And don’t forget…also a fundraiser for the Stoughton Historical Society, and for our Sellers!
II. VIBE OF THE EVENT
Help us make sure this event feels welcoming and fun for all!
Community-focused…buyers and sellers can use this opportunity to CONNECT
professional vendors are welcome, but community members (individuals and groups) are especially sought as sellers
Sellers are invited to promote their own groups or businesses at their booths
Family-friendly, and just truly friendly overall. THIS IS IMPORTANT.
Special…like an intriguing treasure hunt, NOT like a basic “yard sale” or junk shop
Hands-on! It’s important that attendees can handle items and feel the history…and maybe even take some home with them.
